At Marca Fashions, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, we offer a 14-day return policy in accordance with UK consumer regulations. Please read our returns and refund policy carefully before initiating a return.

Returns Eligibility

• Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original packaging, with all tags intact.
• The product must be undamaged and unopened, except in cases where it arrived faulty or not as described.
• Returns must be initiated within 14 days of receiving your order.

Return Process

To start a return, please complete our Returns Form with the required details. Once submitted, our team will review your request and provide instructions for returning your item.

Return Shipping Costs

• If you are returning an item due to it being damaged or not as described, we will cover the cost of the return, and you will receive a full refund including postage.
• If you are returning an item due to a change of mind or any other reason, the return shipping costs will be the responsibility of the customer.

Lost Returns & Tracking

We do not take responsibility for items lost in transit when being returned. To avoid any issues, we strongly recommend using a tracked and signed-for postal service when returning your item.

Refund Process

• Once we receive your returned item and complete our inspection, refunds will be processed within 2 working days.
• Depending on your bank or card provider, it may take up to 7 working days for the refunded amount to appear in your account.
